Currently serving as the EMS Manager at Red Sea Global, one of Saudi Arabia’s flagship Vision 2030 giga-projects, Adel leads the design and execution of strategic EMS operations that support some of the most ambitious developments in the region. His work ensures world-class emergency response systems, operational readiness, and the integration of innovative healthcare delivery models tailored to the evolving needs of modern urban and remote environments.

Before joining Red Sea Global, Adel spent over 18 years at King Fahad Medical City (KFMC), one of the Kingdom’s largest and most advanced medical complexes. During his tenure, he served as the EMS Service Line Lead for Riyadh Cluster Two, where he played a pivotal role in designing and implementing advanced EMS frameworks, digital response systems, and enhanced operational protocols.
As Chairperson of EMS, Adel led initiatives that not only improved emergency response times but also elevated service quality, standardized care protocols, and introduced leadership development programs that empowered EMS professionals to take on greater responsibilities in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
His work at KFMC helped position the EMS division as a national leader in pre-hospital care, recognized for its ability to adapt, innovate, and deliver under pressure — all while aligning with broader healthcare transformation strategies.
